FAQ

Do I need to come with a friend?

No, most people come solo. That's the point.

Where exactly is it?

Millennium Park, Abuja. It's a big park, so we'll send you the exact meeting spot 24 hours before.

What if I forget my book?

We'll have a few spares, but please try to bring one.

What food can I bring?

Baked or sealed snacks and sealed drinks only. No cooked food.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, if you cancel at least 72 hours before. Inside 72 hours you can pass your ticket to a friend instead. Read the ticket and refund policy

Is this a one-time thing?

No, it's monthly. Join us for the next one too.

the fine print, kept friendly

Tickets, refunds and no-shows

We buy prints, freebies, games and prizes for every guest ahead of time, so here's how it works if plans change.

  • Your ticket

    ₦5,000 holds one spot for one person at the picnic on Saturday 14 November. It's confirmed once your payment arrives: straight away for card payments on Selar, or once we've checked your transfer receipt on WhatsApp.

  • Cancel 72 hours or more before

    Message us on WhatsApp by Wednesday 11 November, 2pm and choose a full refund or a free move to our December swap.

  • Cancel within 72 hours

    We can't refund at this point, but you can pass your ticket to a friend. Just send us their name so we know who's coming.

  • No-shows

    If you don't come and don't tell us, the ticket can't be refunded or moved. Something come up on the day? Message us anyway and we'll do what we can.

  • Running late

    Come whenever you can. The big swap starts at 4:30pm, so arrive before then to swap your book.

  • If we cancel or change the date

    You get a full refund or a free move to the new date, whichever you prefer.

  • How refunds are paid

    Refunds go back to the account you paid from, within 5 working days of us confirming them.

  • Food and safety

    Sealed and baked treats only, no cooked food. Check ingredient labels if you have allergies, and tell us about them after booking.
